A journey can start at 40.
Silver / Prachiato, the project leader, began practicing Capoeira at the age of 40.
His story reflects one of Ginga’s central ideas: it is never too late to discover a new movement, learn something new and become part of a community.
Visitors do not need previous experience. Curiosity is a great place to start.
